The Easy Report software allows you to receive data on the calibration performed from the calibration equipment and save them on a Windows PC as a text file or a spreadsheet, as well as send it by e-mail.
To transfer calibration from calibration stations, an RS485/USB converter is required.
To customization the connection, it is recommended to use the manual described in the article «Exzotron Fuel Manager» in section «Configuring the connection of fuel-filling equipment to Fuel Manager«.
To save the calibration as a text file, you must click the «Save to txt» button. The calibration will be saved in the same directory as the executable file of the Easy Report program.
To save the calibration in the form of a spreadsheet, click the «Save to csv» button.
At the first launch of the program on a PC, in the same directory as the executable file of the program, a configuration file «smtp» is created, which stores the program settings for working with e-mail.
Three lines are written to the «smtp» file: the first line is the sender’s email (by default, the «exzotron@list.ru» mail server is used), the second line is the sender’s mail server password. The third line is the postal address to which the calibration should be sent. The configuration file is editable. To change the settings, it is enough to replace the required line in the configuration file with the required one. By default, the entered recipient’s address will be in the program window, in the “recipient’s e-mail” line.
To send the calibration by e-mail, you must press the «E-MAIL» button, and the calibration will be sent to the postal address indicated in the «recipient’s e-mail» line.
Sending calibration by e-mail FUNCTIONS ONLY IF the sender’s address belongs to Mail.ru mail servers. This function DOES NOT WORK with other servers.
