Purpose base:
- automation of the process of accounting and delivery of fuel;
- ensure operational control of the movement of fuel within the company from the moment of receipt of fuel from the supplier until the moment the fuel enters the tank of equipment, while control should be carried out at all stages of its movement within the company (tanks, mobile ATZ, stationary dispensers);
- reduction of the time for reconciliation of the amount of supplied and filled fuel between the company's fuel consumers;
- ensure high accuracy of dispensed fuel, increase transparency and reliability of the issuance process;
- reduce the risks of misuse and theft of fuel;
- collect and store data of the entire process of fuel movement in a single database for regular analysis of the movement of fuel and identify the possibility of reducing and optimizing its consumption;
- the ability to connect to the database from a mobile device;
- have a flexible reporting system for the process of fuel movement for a certain period of time (shift, day, month, quarter, etc.), as well as the ability to analyze in the context of drivers, vehicles, etc.;
- the ability to integrate the necessary data on the movement of fuel into an existing accounting system or a separate database;
- the ability to remotely access and configure equipment.
2. Basic requirements for an automated fuel accounting and dispensing system
The equipment of the automated fuel accounting and dispensing system should be installed on the existing fleet of automobile fuelers without significant alteration of the existing fuel dispensing equipment.
The automated fuel accounting and dispensing system should be integrated with the automated monitoring and dispatching system based on monitoring systems and with the software and hardware complex of the existing automated refueling system at automobile filling stations.
The system should provide real-time reporting on the issuance / receipt of fuel. Be able to remotely add and remove driver authorization tools. Have the ability to manage the entire system from a mobile device without being tied to the workplace. Fuel is to be issued by means of identification cards (RFID-cards) of fuel consumers. It should be possible to limit the issuance of fuel by setting limits on the receipt of fuel. Limits must be both absolute and daily.
The system should prevent attempts to steal fuel at the time of its receipt, that is, control the flow of fuel into the tanks of specific vehicles that are associated with specific fuel cards (RFID cards).
It should be possible to control fuel in tanks by controlling the inflow and outflow of fuel. It should be possible to enter data from manual invoices from the supplier. The system should be able to synchronize with the 1C accounting system in real time. It should be possible to register new fuel cards and set fuel limits through 1C.
The requirement for the list of equipment used for the automated fuel accounting and dispensing system:
1. Control module (controller).
Designed to control all system nodes and transfer information to an existing GSM / GPRS terminal for subsequent transfer to an information exchange server. Information about the amount of fuel dispensed must be transmitted from the USS signal pickup device installed on the PPO-40 liquid meter.
2. Remote keyboard with display and identification card reader.
Designed to identify the fuel consumer, adjust the amount of fuel dispensed if necessary, display information on the amount of allowed and dispensed fuel.
3. Shut-off valve.
It is intended for opening/closing of a fuel stream. It opens after the authorization of fuel delivery to the consumer using an RFID card.
4. Fuel level sensor in tanks and equipment.
Designed to monitor the fuel level in the tank, reconcile the actual issue with the real balance. Fuel level sensors in the car tank - allow you to control the flow into the tank and compare it with the output of the fuel dispenser.
