EXOTRON TECHNOLOGY LLC presented its new industry solution: fuel dispatcher workstation.
This is a new concept in the form of an industry direction within the framework of the organization of intradepartmental accounting of fuel and lubricants.
We know that there are solutions in the agro-industrial sector. There are solutions for managing the logistics of vehicles or solutions for managing the bus fleet.
This solution is positioned as a set of software and hardware tools that allows you to fully automate operations related to the business process of ensuring the supply, storage, distribution and shipment of fuel to production vehicles.
The implementation of the project consisted of certain stages:
- Development of microcontrollers and a line of equipment for automating fuel accounting.
- Development of a line of algorithms in the Easy Logic environment for on-board Galileosky terminals to control fuel delivery in a pulsed mode.
- Development of a cloud-based Java server Exzotron Bot. Integration of Galileosky equipment. Creation of a web interface. Creating a Telegram face. Creation of the API interface. Creation of 1C facade. Creation of a control block for access and fuel shipment limit. Creation of a graphic analyzer of the movement of fuel. Creation of an accounting block for registration of documents. (receipt invoice, shift invoice, inventory).
- Development of a line of algorithms in the Easy Logic environment for Galileosky on-board terminals to control the delivery of fuel at fuel dispensers in the interface protocol. Support for EFR, EFD and AZT 2.0 protocols. (TOPAZ, NARA, NORTH, QUANT)
- Development of algorithms for receiving data in the Modbus protocol and parsing data in the "User Array" for Strun and PMP sensors. At the time of launch, the fuel metering technology without the use of sensors is being developed, and the use of the API of a new level of documents in the metering system is also being integrated.
The system consists of hardware and software.
The hardware part consists of supplied equipment in the form of kits for automating fuel dispensers from various manufacturers, as well as equipment for mobile fuel tankers and fuel storage tanks. The basic control device for all fuel metering units is the Galileosky 7х ext and Galileosky 7х HUB on-board terminal.
Depending on the connected equipment, a range of algorithms is used, which allows organizing the process of autonomous filling of fuel using fuel cards or QR codes within the established limit.
The fuel loading process is as follows. The driver brings the fuel card to the reader once or identifies the waybill by barcode. Further, the fuel module, if there is access, displays the available displacement to the driver and starts fuel shipment within the set limit.
The software part consists of the Exzotron Bot cloud server, which provides the following features:

https://exzotron.ru/server-exzotron-bot-2/
1. Reception and processing of data from on-board Galileosky terminals.
2. Providing the user with a set of interfaces: Web, API, 1C, Telegram.
3. Management of on-board Galileosky terminals via Telegram. GLONASS engineer's tool.
4. Web panel: Access objects. Adding and removing fuel cards. Setting a limit on the shipment of fuel. Fuel Manager Tool
5. Web panel of the graphical analyzer, to control the flow of fuel into the car tank. Organization of reconciliation of fuel dispensing with the actual flow into the vehicle tank. Getting data on the fuel tank using API from leading monitoring systems (Wialon, Omnicomm, GlonassSoft, FortTelecom). Security tool.
6. Web panel: fuel management. Graphical display of the remaining fuel, displaying the movement of fuel in graphs in the context of warehouses according to accounting data and according to data from level sensors installed in the tank. Formation of reports on the movement of fuel for the selected period in the context of all warehouses of the company.
That is, the user can quickly obtain information about all fuel receipts, movements and consumption in numerical tabular form. The main element of the tool is the ability to display a combined graph, which in real mode displays the actual deviation between accounting and actual fuel accounting. This mechanism allows you to quickly respond to situations associated with theft of fuel or unstable operation of equipment.
7. Web panel: Document Log.
This section provides the user with access to accounting documents.
Purchase Invoice. – this document is automatically created when fuel enters the tank according to the readings of the level sensors. Further, the operator enters into the document the value according to the primary document from the supplier. (fixation of deviations upon acceptance)
Transfer invoice – this document is created automatically when a tanker receives fuel at a gas station using a fuel card. It is also possible to manually enter the invoice. This is necessary to reflect the operations of the movement of fuel in areas that are not equipped.
Inventory - this document automates the activities of the person responsible for the inventory. The user is given the opportunity to step-by-step input of a document with the calculation of the current balance according to the data of the level sensor in the tank, reconciliation of this indicator with the current accounting balance and derivation of the deviation. Too much or too little. When posting the document, the recalculation of accounting results is organized, taking into account the entry of data on the deviation as of the date.
8. Providing an API interface for integration with management and accounting systems.
9. Modular 1C configuration for embedding in standard 1C configurations of the customer. Synchronization of workflow for accruals and movement of fuel via API.
Uniqueness of the solution:
-Industry solution for the GLONASS sphere.
- Java development environment.
- Possibility of server delivery on WINDOWS and LINUX systems.
- The versatility of the system.
- No binding to manufacturers of fuel equipment.
- Compatibility with GLONASS systems.
- Combination of the intradepartmental fuel accounting system and the system for monitoring the movement of fuel throughout the chain in a single tool.
- A graphical analyzer of fuel flow into the vehicle tank and a combined schedule of fuel movement in the tank for checking deviations have no analogues.
-The interface menu in the Telegram environment has no analogues.
The user is provided with a full menu for full server management. Sending commands to the onboard Galileosky terminal. The ability to configure the tracker from the phone. Add fuel cards, set limits, receive reports, and even, on command, fill fuel from the desired fuel dispenser on command from the phone.
- informing about fuel movement operations in Telegram.
- Providing an API mechanism for calculating fuel limits, as well as uploading information about operations.
- Providing the client with a solution in the form of a 1C modular configuration.
