All control commands for fuel dispensing are produced by the GalileoSky terminal using the Exzotron algorithm. The column is controlled via RS485. Fuel is dispensed in one-touch mode.
The dispenser is equipped with a keypad for dialing the amount of fuel, an RFID card reader, a controlled GalileoSky terminal, and a modular power supply.
Rules for obtaining fuel:
1. We apply the card, after reading the card, the display and the backlight light up. This means that there is access to get fuel.
2. We insert the gun into the tank of the car.
3. On the scoreboard, indicate the amount of fuel that we plan to receive and press the "Start" button.
4. After the transaction is completed, insert the gun into the column.
For convenience, the user is offered a Web service for remote control of the column. With the help of a personal account it is possible:
keep a comprehensive account of the movement of fuel and lubricants throughout the chain of movement of fuel;
- fuel access control;
- limit the delivery of fuel by setting a daily, weekly, monthly or absolute limit on the fuel card;
- register fuel cards;
control of surpluses (shortages) in the warehouses of fuels and lubricants;
- organization of control of deviations of fuel when it enters the tanks of vehicles.
Examples:
Delivery of fuel according to limits
Control of fuel supply to the tank
