The volume meter is designed to record the volume of fuel flowing through the column. It is a four-cylinder hydraulic engine driven by fuel passing through it. The fuel enters the meter through the lower flange into the chamber, where there are four sleeves with pistons. The pistons are connected by connecting rods, which are attached to the crankshaft through bearings. When filling the chamber with fuel, the pistons move upwards, pushing the fuel through the spool into the exhaust chamber, from where it enters the system. At the same time, fuel intake takes place in another chamber. 0.5 liters of fuel is pumped per revolution of the crankshaft. The coupling at the upper end of the shaft is used to connect the shaft of the pulse generator. To adjust the dose, it is necessary to adjust.
The adjustment operation ensures the accuracy of measuring the volume of the product produced by the column. In the case of electronic adjustment, the adjustment coefficient in the memory of the control unit is changed. Access to the adjustment is limited by a four-digit password and a sealed toggle switch "Operation/Setting up". The adjustment operation counter monitors the coefficient changes. The adjustment results are recorded in the form at the fuel filling station (TRK). Before the new adjustment, it is necessary to compare the meter readings with the entries in the form to confirm the absence of unauthorized changes in the coefficient. After adjustment, the column is subject to inspection by the bodies of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology.
