The supply, storage and delivery of fuel at departmental gas stations and tankers represent a significant aspect of fleet management. In light of this, there is a need to monitor this process at all its stages.
Enterprises with their own stationary gas stations or mobile filling stations are faced with the need to automate the entire process of moving fuel from the fuel dispenser to the final recipient (vehicle and specific driver). This will help to eliminate the intervention of the tanker and the "human" factor.
Fuel frauds often begin even at the refueling stage, when the required amount of fuel specified in the waybill is not filled into the tank, or when another vehicle or a "foreign" canister is refueled. Another common problem is an individual or a tanker who conducts primary reporting on fuel delivery on paper, which then needs to be entered into a separate accounting system of a gas station that is not related to either 1C or the telematics of the organization. All these additional manipulations lead to loss of time, inaccuracy of data, or even fraud on the part of employees or suppliers, which ultimately leads to financial losses for the organization.
In light of this, Exotron Technologies has developed and offers a solution to this problem. The modular configuration of 1C Exzotron Bot 1.0 represents a new integrated approach to managing fuel delivery from 1C from Exotron Technologies.
The main task is to manage departmental fuel delivery at the enterprise using RFID cards in a distributed network of stationary gas stations and mobile ATZ. It is important to note that a new limit mode has been added, which allows you to limit the fuel supply on unlimited cards using a daily limit. This feature is now available via the 1C interface.
