Overhead RFID reader E PM1

Buy in one click

We offer you an effective and reliable solution for vehicle identification – a compact device consisting of an overhead reader and a radio module. The reader is easily installed on the fuel gun and, together with the radio module that connects to the GLONASS tracker, forms a closed fuel metering system. Operating at a frequency of 433MHz, the radio module provides stable communication at a distance of up to 35 meters. Vehicle identification is carried out thanks to an RFID tag, which is attached to a cable and magnetically connected to a reader. This easy-to-install and use device automatically interrupts the fuel supply at any attempt of unauthorized refueling, thus ensuring accuracy and safety in conditions of intensive operation.

•    Control of access to fuel using an "open collector" type outlet.

Key Features
•    Versatility: Suitable for both tankers and standard fuel pumps.
•    Compact: Small size, easy to attach to the fuel gun.
•    Power supply: Built-in battery, which guarantees long-term operation of the device for up to 6 months.
•    Indication: An active connection LED indicating the status of the device.
• Performance: Instant reading of RFID tags.
•    Compatibility The ability to integrate with GLONASS systems via 1-wire and RS485 interfaces

Technical Details
• Mifare microcontroller: For reading car RFID tags.
• Radio module: Provides fast transmission of information to the fuel delivery node.
• Magnetic connection: Ensures the correct placement of the label and activation of the reed switch upon contact.

The principle of operation
• A cable with an RFID tag is attached to the tank of the car.
•    When the gun is connected to the tank, the label is connected to the reader.
• The reed switch activates the fuel delivery mode.
• Information about the label is transmitted over the radio channel to the radio module installed on the fuel delivery node.
•    In case of unauthorized removal of the pistol, the tag is disconnected, blocking the fuel supply.

Advantages for the client
•    Safety: The possibility of filling fuel in unauthorized containers is excluded.
• Efficiency: Fast and accurate car recognition.
