The EFL module is designed to automate the process of fuel distribution on mobile tankers, identify the driver receiving fuel, and transmit information to the company's office. It allows you to fully automate accounting and reporting on fuel delivery both to drivers and to the car. To fully automate the distribution and the ability to receive fuel by drivers independently without a tanker, the system has a function of assigning daily and absolute limits for each recipient.
Information about available cards and their current limits is stored on an external microSD installed in the GPS/GSM terminal.
The driver is recognized after the fuel card is installed in the receiver of the fuel distribution control panel. For the limits to work, it is necessary to have a shut-off solenoid valve in the issuance system. In the process of fuel shipment, its quantity is monitored and in case of exceeding the limit, the EFL-5.0 fuel delivery unit blocks the distribution using this electronic valve. Next, the device transmits information to the office via the mobile operator channel about the amount of fuel received and the recipient. Software is attached to the system to account for the company's employees who are issued fuel cards, as well as to receive reports on the issue of fuel, the balance in the tank and tank and the movement of the tanker. The EFL 5.0 module is made in a moisture-proof housing, which allows it to be placed outdoors. There are threaded rivets and a set of universal fasteners on the body to simplify installation. For such connections as: a USS or a pulse generator, a valve, power supply, blowouts, elements for quick installation are provided that allow you to quickly connect EFL 5.0 and also quickly dismantle it if necessary.
