High-speed pumping and delivery of diesel fuel with a vortex gas separator

Production company EXOTRON TECHNOLOGY LLC offers delivery of a fueling unit for high-speed (loading – draining – pumping) diesel fuel based on a fuel transfer unit with a connection diameter of DN50 and an EFL 5.0 module of our own production.

High-speed fuel transfer unit with defoamer Dn50+EFL 5.0 (20 cubic meters/hour) allows for various options for fuel transfer with the ability to set the volume of the fuel spill, as well as the possibility of separating foam and air from the fuel in front of the meter. The unit is equipped with a pressure sensor and an automation mechanism to exclude air from entering and accounting for air by the fuel meter when pumping fuel.

Fuel transfer options:

• Fuel acceptance from an oil tanker to a tank.
• Dispensing fuel from a tank to a mobile tanker.
• Transferring fuel from a tanker to a tanker.
• Transferring from tank to tank,  with the ability to calculate fuel. (inventory, fuel accounting.)
• Ability  refueling vehicles through a 25 or 40 mm quick coupling.

Features withhigh-speed reverse unit for pumping fuel with antifoam:

• The presence of a vortex gas separator, which improves the accuracy of fuel metering by eliminating air and foam counting by the meter.gas separator. li>
• Ability to receive fuel from a tanker via connection Camlock 1 on Filling station.
• Dispense from tank via Camlock  2 per tanker.
• It is possible to transfer fuel between tankers by connecting the first tanker to Camlock 1 and the second tanker to Camlock 2.
• The assembly is equipped with a tanker grounding mechanism.
• The presence of a module EFL 5.0, that allows you to produce metered delivery of fuel with identification on the map and data transfer to the monitoring system.
• The ability to install an adapter  Camlock to the outlet connection, for organizing issuing fuel to vehicles through a 25 mm connection.
• The presence of a sensor pressure and automatic mechanism, to prevent hit & nbsp; air into the meter when pumping fuel.
