Production company EXOTRON TECHNOLOGY LLC offers the delivery of a filling unit for high-speed (for draining and transferring) diesel fuel based on a fuel transfer unit with a connection diameter of DN50 and an EFL 4.02 module of our own production.

High-speed pumping unit fuel with defoamer Dn50 + EFL 4.02 (20 cubic meters / hour) allows for the acceptance of fuel from an oil tanker to the capacity of gas stations, as well as pumping fuel & nbsp; from an oil tanker to another tanker. In order to eliminate air and foam, the unit is equipped with a vortex gas separator, as well as a pressure sensor to organize the blocking of shipment at the limit value of air in the systems. Thus, the system completely eliminates the human factor and the possibility of counting air when receiving fuel or transferring fuel between two tankers.

This unit is not equipped with an electric pump, and fuel transfer is carried out by calculation of pump pressure by the tanker that drains.

  • Transferring fuel from a tanker to a tanker.
