The EFL module is designed to automate the process of fuel distribution on mobile tankers, identify drivers receiving fuel, and transmit related information to the company's office. Its functionality includes full automation of accounting and reporting on fuel delivery to both drivers and cars. To ensure full automation of fuel delivery by drivers without the presence of a tanker, the system includes the function of setting daily and absolute limits for each recipient.
Information about available cards and their current limits is stored on an external microSD installed in the GPS/GSM terminal. The driver is recognized after inserting the fuel card into the receiver on the fuel distribution control panel. To work effectively with limits, a shut-off solenoid valve is required in the issuance system. In the process of fuel shipment, the system monitors its quantity, and if the limit is exceeded, blocks the distribution using the EFL-5.0 electronic valve, transmitting the relevant information to the office via the mobile operator channel.
The system includes software for accounting for employees receiving fuel cards, and for generating reports on fuel delivery, the remainder in the tank and tank of the tanker, as well as on its movement. The software product is intended for use by dispatching services and security services in order to prevent fuel theft and automate the accounting of its movement.

This module is designed for companies with departmental gas stations and tankers that seek to prevent theft and simplify accounting and reporting. The EFL 5.0 module can interact with various meters and is suitable for controlling refueling stations from other manufacturers in pulse mode, instead of standard control panels.
All module settings and control modes are performed using the dial pad. Identification of users is carried out using EM Marine standard fuel cards placed in a special pocket. Programming of maps and setting limits on fuel shipment can be performed remotely. The EFL 5.0 module has a sealed bypass for blocking fuel delivery without a card in emergency situations, as well as an emergency stop button. Information about fuel delivery is displayed on an electronic scoreboard, where you can also see the general counter for accounting. The readings of this meter can be transmitted to the monitoring system to control accounting and prevent fuel fraud.
The EFL 5.0 module has a moisture-proof housing, which allows its placement on the street. The housing is equipped with threaded rivets and universal fasteners for easy installation. Elements for quick connection are provided for connections such as a USC or pulse generator, valve, power supply and blowouts, ensuring prompt connection and disassembly of EFL 5.0 if necessary. The module can use the GLONASS tracker to transmit data to the monitoring system, and is also compatible with other trackers and monitoring systems, such as Vialon, Omnik, Autograph, Fort and others. By default, the module is supplied with the Galileo 7.1 device.
