ES-PPO1 is a sensor that converts counter rotation into a two-phase signal.
Let's combine with PPO-25, PPO-40 counters. ES-PPO1 is installed between the PPO meter itself and the dial indicator of the meter, and is fastened with elongated bolts.
The rotation of the PPO counter shaft is transmitted to the ES-PPO1 via a cam clutch. Inside the ES-PPO1, there is a slotted disc on the shaft. Optocouplers are located opposite the slots. Further, the signal from the optocoupler is amplified and transmitted to the output. The number of generated pulses from the optocoupler is proportional to the number of revolutions of the PPO counter shaft. For one rotation of the axis, 50 pulses are generated. Pulses are counted using an external reporting device. Pulse counting allows you to determine how much the counter shaft has rotated relative to its original position. Thus, an external calculator makes it possible to determine and dose the amount of pumped fuel.
